Athletics

I feel  nervous about athletics because  there will be a big crowd 

I would like to achieve my high jump because i want to be able to get over the bar

Math

We have been learning about Time the numbers you need on a clock is 3, 6, 9 and 12 because they all have a special meaning. 12 means o'clock  9 means quarter to 6 means half past and  3 means 1/4 past.

Athletics

My favorite activity is running i like running 100m  i like practicing because it makes us fit

I have learned to run at the same speed all the time.

Coraline

Coraline is the book that my group has been reading. My favourite part is when she meets the mice and found out that the crazy man upstairs was called Mr dodo. 

Long jump

This week we learnt how to do long jump. When we  were jumping some of us did small jumps some of us did long jumps for long jump you have to swing your arms and run and then jump and land on two feet.

Hydro - slide

SPLASH!!!!!! I just went down the hydro - slide I felt really nervous. but i liked going down it  so I went up the windy stairs and went down the Hydro - slide again  again and again till we had to go back to school.

Cross country practice

Huff puff
I overtake 1 person.
My heart is beating hard.
The wind is rushing past my face.
I feel nervous.

Conference

I didn't like my conference, because I don't like sharing my work.
I did like sharing the Google Doc documents.
Mum and Dad said they liked my story writing and the way I planned my stories

I am looking forward to be showing Mum & Ruby & Dad my writing.  

I am feeling really really really nervous about talking 

Paper Planes

Zoom my plane comes twirling past

 I throw it again it twists and turns. 

I throw it again it glides and crashes 

I throw it again it darts across the sky. 

I throw it again over a big fan and it dived into the bush.

It did a groovy spin and fell on its nose and did a nose dive. 

It flips and dives and swirls around.

Matariki

We made flax flowers and matariki stars and had a hangi. It was yum! It was hard to make the flax flower. We got to see the food cook.
